- Placing an Order
- Placing an order is easy!
1. Browse TechConcert.com until you find the item you wish to purchase.
2. Click on the button on the item's product detail page.
3. You will proceed to the shopping cart. (To continue shopping, click the Continue Shopping link.
4. Once you have verified the products you wish to purchase, enter any coupon codes you may have before clicking the button. (To change quantity, enter the desired amount and click the button.
5. You have an option to register for an account, use your existing account, or checkout as a Guest. If you wish to register, select the Register radio button and click on . For returning customers, please login with your email address and login under "Login" section and click "Login" when finished.
6. Enter Billing Information and click on  . Check "Ship to this Address" if your Billing and Shipping address are the same.
7. Enter your Shipping Information and click on

- Payment Options
- In order to protect your payment information, we do not process or store credit or debit card information on our site. Instead, we have advanced APIs that integrate our Shopping Cart with Google Checkout and Paypal. You do not need to have an account with either service to purchase securely through either service. Using one vs. the other is your choise as a purchaser, and does not affect your pricing in any way. To find out more information about these services, click on: Google Checkout or Paypal.
- Using the Shopping Cart
- To purchase items using our Shopping Cart, simply follow the steps listed below. If you are having difficulty adding items to your cart or your cart appears empty after you have added items to it, please consult the troubleshooting tips further down on this page.
Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you click the Checkout button and receive e-mail confirmation that we've received your order.
1. Find an item that interests you. (If you need help, see our Search Tips.)
2. Click the button on any item's product detail page.
3. If you wish to add more than one item to your order, enter a new search term in the search box or click the TechConcert logo to return to our home page.
4. When you've finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, either click the My Cart link on the top right section of every page to adjust items in your cart, or click on the button on the top bar of our store.
5. Click the button to fill out the order form.
If you want to modify your order before you complete the checkout process, here's how: - Want to buy multiple quantities of an item in your Shopping Cart? Change the number in the Qty. box and click the button at the bottom of the cart. - Want to remove an item from your Shopping Cart? Click the Remove button that appears on the same row of any item in your cart. - Prefer to wait until another day to buy some of the items in your Shopping Cart? Login to use the wishlist feature. On every product page you can add items to your wishlist. Click the Move to cart button next to an item when you are ready to purchase it. - Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price the item held when you first placed it in your cart if you are returning on a different date.
- Getting Order Status
- Getting order status is easy! Just login to your My Account session using the link in the upper right corner of the TechConcert page. In your Account Dashboard, you will see a list of Recent Orders. Click on View Order to see more information.

- We guarantee your satisfaction for 30 days after your order is delivered to your door. TechConcert will allow you to return almost any product, for any reason. When returning a product, you can request a replacement item, exchange for another product, or request a refund. There are exceptions to this policy, mainly due to manufacturer restrictions on returns.
Depending on the condition of the return, you may be subject to Restocking Fees. Please see our section on Policies for more information.
Returning an Item A Return Authorization number (RMA) is required to return a product. Use our simple RMA form to have TechConcert process your return and obtain additional directions.
Restocking Fees Restocking fees are only assessed when a returned item shows signs of wear and tear or was returned without all the original contents and packaging. Wear and tear refers to damage such as, but not limited to, scratches, dents, paint chips, etc. Contents consist of manuals, warranty cards, parts and accessories. Packaging includes inner and outer packaging, complete with original barcode. Items returned with the issues listed above could be subject to a 10%-20% of the purchase price to replace the missing parts or due to damage to the product.
Shipping Charges If the product was damaged or defective on arrival, or we ship you the wrong product due to our mistake, we will pay the shipping charges for both the return and a replacement item.
If you decide you want a return or refund, we will refund the purchase price of the product, but you are responsible for the shipping on the product you are returning.
How Long Do I Have to Wait for my Refund? Once we receive the return products, you will be refunded within 48 business hours. We will send you an e-mail once the refund is performed. Processing time may vary based on paypal, google checkout, or your credit card processor, and could be up to 3 days after the refund is issued from TechConcert.
Exceptions to Our Policy - Copyrighted materials cannot be returned once opened due to copyright law. This includes books, videotapes, DVDs, sample libraries, style disks, sound expansion boards, and software (which may also include software bundled with hardware). - Blank media cannot be returned once opened due to the possibility they have been used. This includes cassettes, open reel tape, ADAT, DAT, CD, DVD, MiniDisc, removable memory cards, and hard drives. - Disposable products cannot be returned once opened. This includes cleaning supplies, care products, and rosin. - Personal use items that are used at your mouth or in your ear cannot be returned once opened due to health laws. This includes all microphones, guitar talk boxes, ear plugs, and in-ear earphones. - All instrument parts cannot be returned once opened due to the possibility they have been used. This includes all guitar, amplifier, and turntable parts. - Apple products cannot be returned once the manufacturer's seal has been broken. Any defective merchandise must be dealt with directly through Apple. If a product is found to be defective, you must contact Apple customer support at 800-275-2273 for service. - All clothing cannot be returned once opened. This includes shirts, hats, and gloves. - Certain items must be exchanged directly through the manufacturer if they are found to be defective. This includes tubes, strings, pickups, raw frame speakers, drum heads, drumsticks, cymbals, cowbells, and harmonicas. These items can only be returned to us if they are unopened. - Gift certificates cannot be returned. - Software products cannot be returned once the manufacturer's seal or packaging has been open or broken. If a product is found to be defective, please contact our Customer Service for directions on obtaining replacement software.
