Shipping Policy

Free shipping applies to delivery within the continental US with any HVAC Equipment/System purchase order over $500 before tax.Free shipping applies to residential or business curbside deliverywithin the 48 contiguous states. Free shipping does not include inside delivery, under any circumstances. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, within 24 hours. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your order within 5-7 business days. Items ordered over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Some items will have to be placed onbackorder for a few extra days for the order to ship. Shipping transit times start once your order leaves our warehouse. Verify that you have received your unit or product(s) order before you scheduling the installation, some delays in shipping by the carrier are seldom, but may occur, which is out of our control.

Warranty Policy

ACFilterReplacement.com will back up 100% of all parts warranty offered by the manufacturer. We offer only nationally known and established brands that provide a nationwide parts distribution network. Most air conditioning contractors are authorized by these manufacturers to service these units and obtain free of charge replacement parts for the term of your warranties.

If a product should fail within the first thirty days of purchase, we'll cover shipping fees to getthat replacement part to you, after thirty days you are responsible for shipping fees to and from. Youalso have the option of processingwarranty claims withlocal heating and coolingcontractors that service the products we sell.To validate your warranty claim, a licensed contractor must have either installed or inspected your equipment before start-up. Without a receipt from a licensed contractor we cannot process warranty parts or claims for you. Failure to submit a receipt will result in denial of any warranty claim.

If any product purchased from ACFilterReplacement.com should result in failure upon installation or not operate after installation, we are only responsible for supplying the parts warranted by the manufacturer. Under no circumstances will the refrigerant R22 or R410A be covered or reimbursed if refrigerant needs to be re-added to the system, whether it is missing from the unit when it arrives to customer’s location or after a part is replaced. Under no circumstances will we replace a whole system or component since these are not covered by the Manufacturer's warranty. ACFilterReplacement.com does not provide labor warranties or compensation of any kind for any costs incurred by the consumer due to a malfunction of any products sold on our site.

The products we sell on our site are intended by the manufacturers to be installed by professional heating and air conditioning contractors. They are available to you the homeowners as a means of saving a substantial amount of money. We know the advantages of self-installation, as well as any disadvantages, and it’s your decision to purchase from us and install on your own. Do-it-yourselfers accept all risk for both installation and equipment selection. Any applicable warranty will be void if the installation is not completed by a licensed contractor. Having these systems installed by a contractor is more costly but it has its advantages, professional installation, labor warranty would be provided by the contractor, the validation of your warranty with the manufacturer, and someone to process warranty claims for you.

For safety reasons, do not install a furnace yourself unless you are qualified to do so.

Most of the manufacturers of the products sold on our site have no provisions to provide warranty replacement parts or technical support to the homeowner. They only work through dealers, such as your local heating and air conditioning contractors.

Equipment / Units

When Your Order Arrives…

Once your order arrives, check to make sure the items match the delivery receipt. Missing or incorrect items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Do not sign the delivery receipt until you have inspected each item carefully for damages, including dents and heavy scratches.

Delivery Receipt

You will be responsible for any damages or shortages that you discover after signing your delivery receipt free and clear. (This is why we strictly enforce that you carefully inspect your shipment). If you sign the delivery receipt and then later discover that your equipment has been damaged during transit, the issue is between you and FedEx Freight/ RL Carriers. You will need to contact FedEx Freight/ RL Carriers, report the damages to their claims department, provide them with your shipment tracking information, and file a claim for any damages or shortages.

Returns

You may return original unopened merchandise, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase by requesting a return goods authorization number (RGA) within 30 days of your order’s shipping date. RGA's expire after 30 days. Products must be received by ACFilterReplacement.com prior to the RGA's expiration date. All orders associated with our Free Shipping offerwill be charged the original shipping fees that ACFilterReplacement.com incurredin the process of shippingyourorder. (Original shipping charges are non-refundable)

If you are returning a product because of an error on our part, we will promptly send you the correct item at no additional cost, and we will schedule and pay for return shipping.

Products refused for reasons other than shipping damage will be handled as a return. If a product is damaged on the return, it will be refused by our warehouse and you must file the claim with the carrier. Itemsmust bewell packaged.Carriers sometimes decline claims if packaging is insufficient.It is strongly recommended that you insure your return and retain proof of tracking from your carrier. You are responsible for filing a shipping claim should a return item be lost or damaged in transit. Use a "traceable carrier" that can provide you with tracking services and proof of delivery. Retain your tracking number for at least three months after shipping your product.

Note: Only uninstalled products in brand new, original condition with its original box with all manufacturer documentation may be returned for a refund. If there was a product on your order given from ACFilterReplacement.com as a "free" gift/item, such cannot be returned or exchanged for credit or upgrade to another product(s). Please read the return policy for more information. All ductless mini splits, condensers, air handlers, package units or split systems returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, for reasons other than the product being damaged or defective.

We do not accept returns of electrical parts (including motors and compressors).

Cancellation

If an order is cancelled before it has shipped, the full purchase price will be refunded.

You may cancel your order by calling our customer service department. We do not accept cancellations via email, voicemail, fax, or U.S. mail (no exceptions). The customer service department is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am Est to 6:00pm Est.

If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges that have incurred. There will also be a 10% restocking fee. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Once the order is cancelled, credit for the items can take as long as 30 business days to be refunded to your credit card. Please ensure that the product you order is the right product for your needs in order to avoid any costly errors by you the customer ordering a wrong product.

Product Choice and Installation

ACFilterReplacement.com does not accept any responsibility for fitness of the Equipment for any particular application. Any suggestions that may be provided by ACFilterReplacement.com concerning system sizing and/or selection are subject to an onsite inspection by a certified heating and cooling professional. All products must be installed according to manufacturer's installation instructions and safety guidelines. All work must be done according to local building, electrical and mechanical codes.Products sold by ACFilterReplacement.commust be installed by a qualified licensed HVAC technician. Manufacturer covers parts only under warranty. Installer is responsible for labor warranty.

EPA Notice

Purchaser hereby acknowledges that federal law prohibits opening the refrigeration lines of any equipment purchase. A properly licensed person must handle the refrigerant contained in any unit/system. Purchaser hereby assumes full responsibility for the safe and proper installation in accordance with applicable local code requirements.

Errors On Our Site

In the event that a product on our website is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, ACFilterReplacement.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for theproduct (s)listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled,ACFilterReplacement.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount will be credited to your account.
